How to Repair Mercedes Benz BGA Keys

This is a solution from my customer who successfully repaired the Mercedes-Benz BGA keys. Post here JUST share!

Some time, you may encounter a Benz, the key remote control function is normal, but can not start the car, or remote control function does not work.

Please open the BGA key (please carefully open), check the BGA chip.

In many cases, Is the BGA solder ball, there is a problem, you will IC removed, the use of steel mesh, re-ball, welding to the original location, the majority can solve this failure.

Note 1: repair this pcb key isn’t so much cost-effective

normal soldering iron and hot air sure not enough when you will have 100% re-ball work Big Grin

and orig BGA key shell are not openable, then is needed a new key shell:

There are many MB BAG key available online from China, but most cannot work well with VVDI Mercedes. Some can work with Benz key IR Code Reader, some with CKM100, CKM200, DigiMaster-III. But the key above with a better board can work well with VVDI MB Tool. Users have good reviews of it.

The Way of Replacing a Transponder Key

You may don't how to replace a transponder key, then, i will tell you the details. Transponder keys have become a popular technology on cars all around the world. These keys are used to electronically sync to your engine, and once programmed, only a transponder key can be used to start your car. You can replace a lost or disabled transponder key yourself in just a few minutes by reprogramming it. The programming sequence is completed from the driver's seat and will have your remote ready to use right away.

Acquire a new cut key from the dealership or from the installer of your transponder transmitter system and have two previously programmed keys ready.

Insert the first programmed key into your car's ignition and turn it to the "On" position.

Turn the key back "Off" and insert the second programmed key within five seconds.

Turn this second key "On" and the back "Off" and remove the key from the ignition.

Insert the new key within ten seconds, turn it "On" for one second and then cycle it back "Off."

Wait for the security light to turn on within the car, wait for the light to stay on for three seconds and remove your key from the ignition to complete the process and have your replacement key ready to use.

The Way of Programming New Keys Via CK100 Auto Key Programmer

This post is about how to use CK100 key programmer to program new keys, then, i will tell you the procedure as follows.

1. Prepare two keys, one key can start the engine, another key can not (blank key) and connected cable to the device.

2. Connect CK100 auto key programmer device into the OBD socket.

3. Turn on CK 100 pin code device.

4. Select car model according to CK100 device’s prompt.

5. Insert a key and turn the console.

6. Turn ignition on then removed the key.

7. Allowed to add a blank new key while left ignition off.

8. Waiting for 45 seconds (max 60 seconds) until the safety access procedure was completed.

9. Blank key has been stored. Try the second key and the engine can be started by the end.

Do You Know How to Copy 46 chip by Handy Baby Key Programmer

This post is about how to use Handy Baby Key programmer to copy 46 chip, the detail is as follows. There are nine steps, go

1st step：Turn on the machine and go to main menu, use “up” and “down” button to select language of English.

2nd Step：Read chip data of Original key as above picture shows.

3rd Step：Press “OK” button to enter into Crack procedure

4th step：Insert the Original key into ignition, meanwhile keep the signal coil of the clone machine near to the ignition coil, turn on the ignition lock to collect the data(If you use the smart card, put the signal coil of the clone machine near the ignition before insert the key)

5th step：If it shown “Collect ok, crack now?” on screen, you have successfully got the data from the car, just press “OK”

6th step：Put the OEM key into signal coil to decode.

7th step：If it shows “Crack ok” as above picture shows, then decoding OK, the key security code have been calculated.

8th step：Put clone chip into signal coil area, press “OK” to copy.

9th step：It shows “Copy OK” as above picture shows. If you want to copy more keys, just replace new chip and press ok as step 8. If finished copy, press left button to quit.

How to calculate Nissan 20 digit Pin Code?

Open TM100 software, select “Tools” then select “Calculator”.

Open dialog, input 20-digit Pre-PIN, click “Calculate”.

How to edit odometer correction for BMW CAS4, CAS4+?

First, select Tools→ Dump Editor→ BMW→CAS4 odometer setting.

Open dump file, current odometer value is displayed, input new odometer value, and set new value.

Save new generated file and write it back to CAS4.

How to save ISN for BMW?

Select key maker for BMW CAS3+ adding key.

After original key decoded, TM100 will save 16-byte ISN for you.

hyundai accent (korea) 24c16 obd not ok but choose AZERA D70F3423 and read km write ok and did same with RIO but choose kia ceed D70F3423, even when i open dash they had 24c16 and D70F3423 hope that saves time for you as did to me
