The Introduction About FVDI2014 FVDI2015 FVDI2016 Device Locked Solution

Today, i will introduce to you about FVDI2014 FVDI2015 FVDI2016 Device Locked Solution. Now, let us see the problem

I have FVDI 2015 full from fly company.
After correct connection I have error device not open and now the green led from fvdi is off and the red-green led from soft dongle (red dongle) blink together.
Changed to other usb cable same, tried and with second pc and I have the same error.
And my both pc cannot find the device as if it does not exist.

Any solution please?

Solution:

Don’t run the old FVDI 2014 FVDI 2015 FVDI 2016 Quicker loader software 6.3 version and connect to Server anymore, otherwise the FVDI abrites commander clone devices will be locked.  The main unit LED lights goes off and software dongle flashes.

1) If your FVDI is not yet locked, please update the Quick Loader  to V7.0 as soon as possible. Remove old versions and don’t run it anymore.

2)If your device has been locked, you should send the main unit back to FLY company for repairing. 50USD/device unlock. Freight is on your own account.

3) If you don’t want to send back main unit for repairing. Contact our customer service and pay extra money to get FVDI 2018 never locked version.

New FLY FVDI 2018 released. They using new server.  It does not need activation and won’t be locked.

Note:
Fly fvdi is best clone. Fvdiobd is clone of clone. Fvdiobd cloned again from fly.

FVDIOBD made FVDI 2018 as well and connect to their own server. But cannot 100% guaranteed it won’t be locked. Because one of customers bought their machine and locked.  It is sad.

Take care: do not use the FVDI 2018 link for the FVDI 2018 tool from FVD IOBD as that version connects to their own server – connection to the Fly server will destroy that tool.

Here’s the DK member solution to the FVDI 2015 locked problem. Credit to gopelhu.  Just for sharing purpose. You are at your risk.

1.) FVDI V2015 or higher with softdog versions:

If the pc cannot detecting any fvdi’s then the LPC1788 processor was erased ( the Quickloader v6.3 will erase the LPC processor ).

always erasing are the following two address: 0×00000000-0×00047FFF or 0×00000000-0×0007FFFF

After the FVDI died because there are no has a BOOT sector and the some firmware rows.

2.) if you cannot bought any FVDI’s from FLY Company, then the pc will go to internet then always erasing all FVDI LPC processors by FLY server !!!!!

3.) I solved all algorithms to fvdi firmware encrypting/decrypting and now i looking the 8bytes key to v2015 version.

The Introduction About BENZ W215 W220 All Keys Lost by CGDI MB+CG Pro

Today, my topic is about the introduction about Mercedes Benz W215 W220 all keys lost, how to program new keys because the job can’t be done via OBD? What you need is one CGDI MB Mercedes Benz key programmer and one CG Pro 9S12


CGDI MB + CG Pro program Benz W215 W220 all keys lost:

Guide:

1.Check the EIS style and the chiptype.

         Chassis: W220/W215

         EIS Mark: 4J74Y

         Symptom: Lost all keys, can’t start car.

2.Open CG-Pro software, click on “Benz” -> “Anti-theft” -> “EIS 220/215 (HC08)”, follow the built-in wiring diagram to operate.

3.Confirm the adapters are connected well to the CG Pro, computer and the car, then click on “Read”, save the original data, disconnect the cable and restore to the original.

4.Open CG-MB software, load the data read out by CG-Pro, do not modify the file name and then save.

5.Click on “Generate EE”, load the EIS data that was saved before, check the info is correct, click on “Generate key file”, new create folder to save the data

6.Finally click on “Read & write key”, put the new key into CG-MB device coil, read out the data and erase it. Again open one unused key position key, click on “Write”.

7.Install EIS back to the car, insert the new key into the EIS, learn key and program key succeed.

How to Read and Write by Ktag 7.020 ECU Programmer

Maybe there are something you cannot deal with by yourself as a car repair staff, just like today's topic about how to read and write by Ktag 7.020 ecu programmer. Here, you come to the right place, we have much more experience for more than ten years. Today, i will introduce to you the solutions about how to use ktag 7.020 ECU programming for read and write. 



Ktag 7.020 Red PCB Backup, Restore, Read and Write:

Select the proper Family, then:

1. Click on help for the see the connection instructions.
2. Connect to the ECU following the connection instructions provided in the Operating Manual
3. Once back to the previous window. Click on OK to display the programming menu

It is important to keep the Operating Manuals updated: periodically check for updates,
particularly after each release of the K-Suite software

Programming menu items

1. Information about the Family in use
2. Backup – To make a full backup of the ECU data. In addition to the whole file, you can also save a file for each component on the ECU and/or the file containing the maps for engine managements.
3. MICRO/EXTFLASH/EEPROM – Components on the ECU. To read/write a single component, remove the check mark from the Backup/Restore box and select the component. It is possible to read/write only the components in green. For more clarity, the words “Maps” in parentheses is indicated next to the component containing the maps.
4. Restore – To restore the backup file on the ECU.
5. Patch – To enable the serial programming via OBDII connector on some ECUs (only available for some plug-ins Tricore).
6. Status bar – Percentage of progress of the read / write procedure.
7. Status window – To display messages about the ongoing operations.
8. ID – To display information about the identification of the ECU.
9. Maps – In some cases, if allowed by the protocol, you can see a white check box labeled “Maps”. This box allows you to save a special file which must be used if you wish to modify the vehicle performance, on pain of improper operation of the vehicle and a possible failure and block of the ECU.

Note: It is possible to perform reading / writing operations even if your computer does not have an
active Internet connection..

In case of problems or if communication with the ECU is not carried out successfully, before
contacting the Technical Support Service refer to the section Troubleshooting

Backup

1. Choose the right family by using the vehicle buttons or the protocols button
2. Connect to the ECU following the connection instructions provided in the operating manual
3. Click on read to get a backup file of all ECU data

Note: As first step, even before read/write the single components of the ECU, you should always
make a backup copy of the ECU. After the Backup, the K-Suite software in addition to saving the
whole backup file, will also propose you to save separate files for each single component so
that you do not need to re-read the ECU.

Read

4. Choose the right family by using the vehicle buttons or the protocols button
5. Connect to the ECU following the connection instructions provided in the operating manual
6. Remove the check mark from the backup box
7.Choose the component you want to read
8. Click on read

Note: It is only possible to read the components shown in green. In case you want to work only on the
engine management files, refer to the component with “Maps” written next to it or, when
available, check the white box Maps.

Restore

1. Choose the right family by using the vehicle buttons or the protocols button
2. Connect to the ECU following the connection instructions provided in the operating manual
3. Click on write to restore the backup file to the ECU



Write

1. Choose the right family by using the vehicle buttons or the protocols button
2. Connect to the ECU following the connection instructions provided in the operating manual
3. Remove the check mark from the Restore box
4. Choose the component to which you want to write the modified file
5. Click on Write

Pay attention: It is only possible to write the components shown in green. In case you want to write only on the engine management files, refer to the component with “Maps” written next to it or, when available, check the white box Maps.
