How to Repair Mercedes Benz BGA Keys

This is a solution from my customer who successfully repaired the Mercedes-Benz BGA keys. Post here JUST share!

Some time, you may encounter a Benz, the key remote control function is normal, but can not start the car, or remote control function does not work.

Please open the BGA key (please carefully open), check the BGA chip.

In many cases, Is the BGA solder ball, there is a problem, you will IC removed, the use of steel mesh, re-ball, welding to the original location, the majority can solve this failure.

There are many MB BAG key available online from China, but most cannot work well with VVDI Mercedes. Some can work with Benz key IR Code Reader, some with CKM100, CKM200, DigiMaster-III. But the key above with a better board can work well with VVDI MB Tool. Users have good reviews of it.

The Way of Replacing a Transponder Key

You may don't how to replace a transponder key, then, i will tell you the details. Transponder keys have become a popular technology on cars all around the world. These keys are used to electronically sync to your engine, and once programmed, only a transponder key can be used to start your car. You can replace a lost or disabled transponder key yourself in just a few minutes by reprogramming it. The programming sequence is completed from the driver's seat and will have your remote ready to use right away.

Acquire a new cut key from the dealership or from the installer of your transponder transmitter system and have two previously programmed keys ready.

Insert the first programmed key into your car's ignition and turn it to the "On" position.

Turn the key back "Off" and insert the second programmed key within five seconds.

Turn this second key "On" and the back "Off" and remove the key from the ignition.

Insert the new key within ten seconds, turn it "On" for one second and then cycle it back "Off."

Wait for the security light to turn on within the car, wait for the light to stay on for three seconds and remove your key from the ignition to complete the process and have your replacement key ready to use.

The Way of Programming New Keys Via CK100 Auto Key Programmer

This post is about how to use CK100 key programmer to program new keys, then, i will tell you the procedure as follows.

1. Prepare two keys, one key can start the engine, another key can not (blank key) and connected cable to the device.

2. Connect CK100 auto key programmer device into the OBD socket.

3. Turn on CK 100 pin code device.

4. Select car model according to CK100 device’s prompt.

5. Insert a key and turn the console.

6. Turn ignition on then removed the key.

7. Allowed to add a blank new key while left ignition off.

8. Waiting for 45 seconds (max 60 seconds) until the safety access procedure was completed.

9. Blank key has been stored. Try the second key and the engine can be started by the end.

SKP1000 Key Programmer Has Update to Version of 8.19

Update procedure:

1.Format SD card

5.Update upgrade complete, turn off the machine.

6.Turn on machine, update successfully.
